Job Summary
Provide nursing care under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians; perform phone triage, process test results, handle medication refills and prior authorizations, convey plans of care, patient education and teaching; review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages; chart in Epic EMR; require active IL nursing licensure, ASN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and approx. 1 year nursing experience in an outpatient or hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
- Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred
- Experience charting in Epic (EMR)
