Registered Nurse, Medical CVICU (Cardiac Progressive Care/Step-Down), Night Shift - VUH

Apply the nursing process to plan and implement care for patients in the CVICU, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Collaborate on establishing care goals, analyze comprehensive information to determine nursing diagnoses, and evaluate progress toward effective outcomes. Anticipate patient needs across the continuum, conduct primary care interviews and physical examinations, and utilize evidence-based practice to address clinical questions. Work under the direction of others while adapting to changes in patient care needs with minimal disruption.
