Registered Nurse - Medical 6B - Days - FT (Springfield)

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, asthma, and other lung-related illnesses. Maintain professional accountability for care provision, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers, and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards and support focused treatment, respiratory support, and patient education to promote recovery and improve breathing health. Full-time rotational shifts from 0630 to 1900.
