Registered Nurse - Medial Intensive Care Unit - FT Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care to assigned ICU patients using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age-appropriate care according to unit standards. Maintain clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth within the team. Requires at least six months of critical care RN experience, a BSN, and current Texas nursing license or eligibility. Full-time night shift position with a sign-on bonus available.
