Job Summary
Per diem RN on our Medical/Telemetry Unit for night shift. Provides safe, compassionate care to patients in a medical/telemetry environment, coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team, and conducting hourly rounds to improve safety and communication. Collaborates with patient and family to meet educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Maintains SBAR-based handoffs and continuum of care, including discharge planning. Requires NV RN license, BLS and ACLS, and one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current Nevada nursing license
- Current BLS certificate
- Current ACLS certificate
- Must have one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
