REGISTERED NURSE, Med Tele Unit - Per Diem Nights

Conduct patient assessments addressing psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity needs while constructing and implementing individualized plans of care. Coordinate interdisciplinary care goals, treatment strategies, and discharge planning for assigned patients. Perform hourly rounds to evaluate patient safety, anticipate needs such as pain management and re-positioning, and proactively assess the environment. Collaborate with care partners to meet educational, physical, and psychological requirements. Utilize SBAR communication practices to minimize handoff risks across care transitions. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care on a per diem night shift schedule at Northern Nevada Medical Center.
