Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and maintaining accountability for assigned patients. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Uphold patient rights and maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions while performing duties aligned with Mercy's mission and Service Standards. This role includes a 10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs with at least one year of experience and requires current RN licensure plus BLS and ACLS certifications. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS certification
