Job Summary
Precept two senior-level nursing students on the 18-bed Medical Telemetry unit, managing a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio for day shift only. Provide direct clinical oversight while a dedicated clinical rotation preceptor supports student care. Maintain current RN licensure and obtain ACLS, BLS, and AHA Healthcare Provider certification within the probationary period. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs with one year of experience and includes tuition support and matched retirement plans for team members working 32+ hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period
- Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire
