Registered Nurse - Med Surge/Tele, 2B Unit

Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation for designated patients on Med Surg/Tele 2B. Collaborates with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and family to coordinate care, uses evidence-based practice, directs and mentors department interns/preceptors, and participates in performance improvement to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Requires active RN license in Pennsylvania, BLS, and ability to perform required nursing duties on an inpatient unit during night shifts in an onsite hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Nursing program
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania
- Successful completion of orientation programs related to specialty
- Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies
- Basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing (preferred)
