Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and supervise other team members while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to provide age and developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Communicate clearly, build relationships to promote collaboration, and remain accountable for performance. Always seek ways to improve the patient experience and take initiative for professional growth. Work 1845-0745 hours for two days per week at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital serving North Texas with Level III Trauma and NICU capabilities.
