Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Med Surg with Tele (Night shift) at AdventHealth Palm Coast. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; developing and implementing individualized care plans; administering medications and treatments per orders; educating patients and families; coordinating with the care team; maintaining accurate documentation; monitoring outcomes and revising plans; ensuring infection control and safety; providing emotional support; supervising bedside care staff; and responding to code situations. Requires Nursing degree (Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred), RN licensure, English fluency, BLS, and ability to work nights.
