Job Summary
Conduct primary nurse care on the Medical/Surgical floor with a 1:5 patient ratio and Nurse Aide support. Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population within a multidisciplinary team model. Maintain current RN licensure recognized by the State of New York and hold BLS certification, with ACLS and wound care certifications available. Participate in a clinical ladder program and structured preceptorships while utilizing shared governance to voice team concerns. Work within a 20-bed acute care facility at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, NY, where the unit emphasizes safety, autonomy, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of New York
- Appropriate experience in specific clinical area
