Job Summary
Assess patient psychosocial, spiritual, and emotional needs while constructing and implementing individualized plans of care for assigned patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment goals, discharge planning, and co-morbidities management. Conduct hourly rounds to evaluate patient safety, address pain and re-positioning needs, and maintain a patient-friendly environment. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team within a 170-bed acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current Nevada nursing license
- Current BLS certificate
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
Desired Qualifications
- One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting
