Job Summary
Provide patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse Trauma Spine. Assess the patient's condition during admission and shifts, perform prescribed procedures, administer medications, document care, educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up measures, and collaborate with the care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Requires a BSN (or enrollment with BSN within 5 years) and active RN licensure with the NC Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available; one year of nursing experience preferred. Mission Hospital is a Level II trauma center and part of HCA Healthcare; the role emphasizes adherence to nursing models and advocacy for patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC may apply)
- BLS Healthcare Provider
- One year nursing experience
