Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Maintain current licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and hold a BLS Healthcare Provider certificate.
