Registered Nurse Med Surg Telemetry

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and clinical data review. Develop and implement individualized plans of care while evaluating patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes. Administer therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, and specimen collections. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of status, interventions, and outcomes in patient charts. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for patient safety and rights. Provide patient and family education based on their learning readiness and needs.
