Registered Nurse, Med Surg/Tele Transplant Unit, Full-time Nights Lourdes Camden

RN responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of nursing care in the Med Surg/Tele Transplant Unit. The role includes administering, monitoring, and documenting therapeutic interventions; participating in clinical decision-making; delegating and supervising care provided by other nursing staff; educating patients and families about disease processes, care needs, wellness and safety; participating in orientation and professional development; and engaging in performance-improvement activities. 12-hour night shift on-site in Lourdes Camden with a focus on delivering high-quality, magnet-recognized care; requires Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and NJ RN license; 0-1 years experience required, 2-4 years preferred. Current salary range: $46.39-$64.45 hourly, with benefits package for full-time and part-time colleagues.
