Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Surgical Telemetry

Registered nurse provides highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation); directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age- and developmentally appropriate care; requires BSN preferred, BLS, Texas nursing license or eligibility, and at least 6 months RN experience. The role supports continued quality patient care in a Magnet-designated hospital serving Dallas County with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and ongoing professional growth.
