Provide leadership to facilitate professional nursing care for patient comfort and well-being. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. Implement medically prescribed interventions. Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and hold a BLS Healthcare Provider certificate. This role offers a $5/hour premium differential on top of base pay, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with a two-year commitment.
