Perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care administration in medical records while administering prescribed medications and monitoring therapeutic responses. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating needs. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex terminology. Maintain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start.
