Registered Nurse -Med Surg, South Kelemen 10

Provide professional caregiver supervision and accountability for a designated group of patients on the Kelemen 10 medical-surgical unit, which includes telemetry capabilities and a 12-bed Intermediate Care Unit for ventilated patients. Utilize the nursing process to deliver care while adhering to established policies and procedures. Communicate openly with internal customers, supervisors, physicians, and the multidisciplinary team during daily rounds to collaborate on patient discharge planning. Apply Cooper core values and interface well with all staff levels, utilizing the unit's pharmacist office to avoid care delays. Maintain current NJ-RN licensure, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications as required.
