Job Summary
Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients in Med/Surg, providing direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Exercise leadership through activities such as precepting, informal leadership, and quality-improvement efforts, and support nursing practices per the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and the ANA Scope and Standards. Successful applicants may be required to drive a personal vehicle as part of the role. TN sponsorship is available contingent on state licensure and VisaScreen completion.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- VisaScreen or equivalent certification for TN sponsorship eligibility
