Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - PRN

Provide professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level within the assigned 35-bed Med/Surg unit according to established procedures, protocols, and regulations. Coordinate care planning with other disciplines and deliver assessment, treatment, monitoring, and recovery for adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Support post-operative care, telemetry monitoring, and interdisciplinary needs while collaborating with licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants. Work a PRN schedule of two 12-hour shifts per six-week cycle, prioritizing patient-centered care focused on safety, healing, and positive outcomes.
