Job Summary
The Registered Nurse Med-Surg PRN (Nights) is responsible for implementing the nursing process for pediatric to geriatric patients. Key responsibilities include assessing clinical status, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating care effectiveness, and communicating patient care information. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in nursing, an active Kentucky RN License, and certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in nursing required
- Active Kentucky RN License
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
