REGISTERED NURSE - MED SURG - PRN DAYS (62427)

Assess patients and family learning needs, provide ongoing education, and document readiness, barriers, and outcomes. Utilize the nursing process to ensure optimal care, engage in evidence-based practice activities, and support patient rights regarding cultural and ethical diversity. Monitor telemetry, respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team calls, delegate appropriately, and complete documentation accurately per hospital policies. Adhere to standard precautions and infection control standards while providing age-appropriate care to adult and geriatric populations. Maintain Illinois licensure and BLS certification with one year of medical-surgical experience preferred.
