Job Summary
Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health while monitoring vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical indicators. Recognize and act on warning signs of deterioration, such as changes in heart rate, respiratory rate, or mental status. Safely administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and monitor for adverse effects or allergic reactions. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure needs are met and provide patient education on conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments. Communicate effectively with doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and social workers to develop and adjust care plans. This entry-level opening includes training and offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State
- BCLS upon hire and maintain current
- ACLS within 30 days of hire and maintained current

- Previous Acute Care hospital experience
