Job Summary
This Registered Nurse position focuses on patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care, as well as providing patient education and coordinating activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards. Applicants must be graduates of an approved nursing school and hold a NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse, with a BSN required within five years. Preferred qualifications include 2 to 5 years of medical-surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
