Registered Nurse-Med/Surg/Overflow-Nights

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume full responsibility and accountability for nursing care outcomes. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care while positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience. This full-time, 36-hour weekly role includes Monday through Friday shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with rotating weekends.
