Job Summary
Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care to Med/Surg Oncology B3 patients on night shifts (36 hours per week) at Winchester Hospital. Perform assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to develop optimized care plans. Educate patients and families to achieve maximum outcomes. Requires RN licensure in Massachusetts; BSN strongly encouraged. Three 12-hour shifts with every third weekend/holiday rotation. Vaccination for influenza required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state-approved/accredited RN program
- Massachusetts RN license
- BSN strongly encouraged
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred
