Registered Nurse Med/Surg

Med/Surg RN at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) provides comprehensive nursing care across medical, surgical, pediatric, and swing bed patients in a 20-bed unit. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; accurate medication administration and IV therapy management; patient and family education with discharge planning and referrals; collaborating and leading within the interdisciplinary team and mentoring new staff; contributing to unit improvement initiatives.
