Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Nights

Direct patient care in a med-surg unit, providing direction to clinical personnel and assisting patients to achieve optimum health status following hospitalization. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to prepare patients and families for discharge to home or another setting. Maintain current Texas RN licensure and American Heart Association BLS certification, with ACLS preferred within the first year. Requires strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills alongside excellent communication and teamwork abilities. This role offers night shifts at OakBend Medical Center, an independent hospital serving the community since 1950 with a signature No Wait ER and advanced trauma center.
