Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Nights

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while maintaining a therapeutic environment. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information to the team, co-workers, patients, and family members. Utilize communication skills and team building to promote a cooperative work environment. Take personal responsibility for performance, professional growth, and the educational process for patients and families. Work 36 nights on a 12X3 shift, three nights a week.
