Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Med Surg Neuro Trauma providing comprehensive patient care: perform assessments, collaboratively develop and implement individualized plans of care, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, delegate and supervise care, and evaluate patient outcomes. Requires RN licensure in state of practice; BSN within four years for new RNs; BLS certification; strong skills in assessment, planning, critical thinking, documentation, and patient/family education. Prioritize evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and effective communication within an acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
