Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical PRN at AdventHealth Waterman (Tavares, FL). Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; educate patients and families; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; maintain accurate documentation; evaluate and adjust care plans; ensure infection control and safety compliance; provide emotional support and therapeutic communication; supervise and delegate care; engage in continuous professional development; respond to code situations promptly.
