Registered Nurse, Med Surg, Marlborough, Nights, 24-hours

Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge using the nursing process. Perform patient assessments and reassessments, then develop individual care plans including discharge coordination. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting while delegating tasks appropriately based on competency levels. Utilize standard procedures for all patient interactions and adhere to established nursing practice standards. Work Sunday through Saturday in a 12-hour night shift rotation with 24-hour coverage. Requires current Massachusetts nursing licensure, BLS certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
