Utilize the nursing process to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge. Perform patient assessments and reassessments according to standard procedures while developing individual plans of care and coordinating discharge planning. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting, delegating tasks appropriately based on competency levels. Schedule Sunday through Saturday with 32 hours per week, including 12-hour day shifts from 0645 to 1915 or 0645 to 1515. Hiring range is $38.65 to $78.34. A signing bonus may be available.
