Registered Nurse Med Surg

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct care delivery through delegation, prioritize patient needs, and coordinate resources while ensuring accurate, timely documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Perform patient evaluations, revise care plans based on clinical outcomes, and collaborate with physicians, families, and support staff to manage transitions and follow-up. Work the night shift with a 36-hour weekly schedule at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.
