Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely documentation while complying with legal and ethical standards. Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN degree, with a night shift schedule of 36 weekly hours at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified

Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
