Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for physical, social, and psychological needs using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Direct interdisciplinary teams through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient delivery. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires current state license, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and operate medical equipment. Night shift with 36 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
