Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients on night shift using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Direct interdisciplinary care teams through delegation and collaboration while setting priorities to coordinate patient care delivery. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all activities. Maintain legal and ethical standards while complying with regulatory requirements and professional licensure provisions.
