Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Direct care delivery by delegating tasks, managing time and resources, and coordinating with physicians, families, and support staff to achieve individualized care goals. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation while adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Work the night shift with a 36-hour weekly schedule at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, earning between $37.45 and $57.29 hourly. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN degree.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
