Registered Nurse Med Surg

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients on night shift using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Provide accurate and timely documentation, revise care plans based on clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requires current state licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate crowded environments. BSN required for new hires; experience under 12 months mandates BSN acquisition within four years.
