Registered Nurse Med Surg

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients on night shift using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Provide accurate and timely documentation, ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, and collaborate with physicians, families, and support staff to develop individualized plans of care. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ability to lift heavy items, ambulate patients, and navigate crowded hospital environments. Night shift schedule with 36 weekly hours.
