Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the physical, social, and psychological status of patients using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to deliver care consistent with professional licensure. Collaboratively develop individualized plans of care involving patients, families, and physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Requires current state license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; works night shift with 36 weekly hours at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver.
