Registered Nurse Med Surg

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for medical-surgical patients using the nursing process, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Direct the care team through delegation and coordination while managing time, supplies, and resources to ensure safe delivery of interventions. Evaluate patient responses to treatments, revise care plans as needed, and provide accurate, timely documentation. Maintain legal and ethical standards, integrate regulatory requirements into practice, and promote professional development within the team. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN degree; includes night shift rotation with 36 weekly hours.
