Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking to deliver exceptional care, independently utilizing the nursing process and coordinating patient care with the Multidisciplinary Team. Identify hospital resources and serve as a clinical resource for new employees while demonstrating positive leadership within the unit or department.
