Registered Nurse Med Surg ICU (Nights)

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the Med Surg ICU, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality of information are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards within a recently expanded facility featuring advanced technology and modern care environments. No call rotation is provided for this position.
