Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned Med Surg ICU patients while maintaining professional accountability. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information throughout your shift. This full-time, day-shift role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with one year of experience and features a no-call policy. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
