Registered Nurse Med Surg

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult patients while managing medications and IVs. Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and educate patients and families. Follow evidence-based protocols, uphold infection prevention and safety standards, and document accurately in the EHR.
