Registered Nurse – Med Surg - Full-Time | PRN

Deliver direct, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond appropriately to changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians while developing and updating individualized care plans. Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and positive outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold hospital safety, quality, and infection control policies.
